Who I am

jiigetsu.com is run by Jiigetsu, a sole proprietor based in the Philippines. Contact: hello@jiigetsu.com.

Buying

Paid products are sold through Polar, which acts as merchant of record and reseller. Polar's own terms apply to the payment, taxes and invoicing. Prices are shown in US dollars; taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you live. Introductory or personal discounts are valid only for the stated period and can't be applied retroactively.

Licence

When you download a product (free or paid), I grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it as follows.

You can

• Use the brushes, swatches, textures and presets to create your own artworks, for personal or commercial use.
• Sell, print, publish and license artworks you make with them, including client work, merch and NFTs of your own art.
• Study the source files to learn from them.

You can't

• Share, redistribute, resell, sublicense or give away the brush files, source files, videos or PDFs themselves, modified or not.
• Include them in another brush pack, template, asset library or product that lets others extract them.
• Pass off my source artworks, or close copies of them, as your own work, or sell them.
• Use the files or my artworks to train AI or machine-learning models.

One purchase covers one person. For studio or team licences, email me.

Refunds

See the refund policy. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK, you agree to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledge losing the 14-day withdrawal right once the download starts.

Emails

Requesting the free brush means I'll email it to you and add you to my newsletter, which includes a short series about the bundle offer. This is stated next to the sign-up button. You can leave any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. See the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

All artworks, brushes, text and designs on this site are owned by Jiigetsu and protected by copyright. Except for the licence above, no rights are transferred.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping, spam sign-ups, attempts to break security, or abusive behaviour.

Warranty and liability

Products are provided as described, and I'll fix or refund faulty files as set out in the refund policy. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, the site and products are provided "as is", and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws where you live. I may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version, and changes don't affect purchases already made.
