Your files live on your Polar download page. Polar (my checkout partner) emails the receipt with its link right after you pay. Lost it? Open the download page below and enter the email you paid with: Polar emails you a sign-in code.
- 1Search your inbox (and Spam/Promotions) for “Polar”. The receipt's link opens your download page.
- 2No receipt? Open polar.sh/jiigetsu/portal, enter the email you paid with, and type in the code Polar emails you.
- 3Opened the email inside Instagram or another app? Open it in Safari, Chrome or Mail instead: in-app browsers often can't download files.
- 4The layered files are big (several GB): download on Wi-Fi with plenty of free space.
